Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 7 am–6 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Christian Brothers Automotive Sandy Springs at (770) 230-1759; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Sandy Springs is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Sandy Springs follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

They could not have been more personable. Their scheduling software on their website is very user friendly and the service guys were so nice. They fixed my problem without even needing me to drop it off. Cory was fantastic

I wouldn’t recommend them. In my experience there are some red flags that I have come to recognize with auto repair shops. And it is often my experience that if one area of a business is unorganized and ineffective then to have the expectation that the other areas are well is not in my best interests. Out of the three people that I have spoken with at this location only one of them got my situation correct. One gave me incorrect info and Trey doesn’t even really want to be there it seems. He had the audacity to tell me that he doesn’t have any record of my vehicle after he interviewed me about the condition of my vehicle, expected services, vehicle, address, name, phone number, etc. In 2026 if you gather all that info and don’t even proactively keep it as a potential lead then no you’re not an asset to a company. In fact as you see you are a paid liability. I got my car out of there quickly. These are the types of auto repair shops that forget to put a radiator cap on or to do a final tighten on the lug nutz. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

While my initial interaction with the service department was pleasant and accommodating, the communication, follow-up, and overall customer service that followed were unacceptable. One of the reasons I chose Christian Brothers Automotive was because of their reputation as a Christian-based company. Unfortunately, the experience I received did not reflect the values of service, honesty, compassion, or accountability that I associate with Christ. I struggle to see how Jesus would have been represented in the way I was treated, particularly when I was simply looking for communication and a reasonable solution. When I dropped off my vehicle, I was told the diagnostic process would take approximately two hours. Instead, I did not receive the diagnostic report until around 4:00 p.m. At the bottom of the report was a note stating, "Don't call us. We'll call you." At 4:45 p.m., I approved the recommended repairs, and at 5:00 p.m. I received a call informing me that the parts had been ordered but that the repairs would not be completed that day. I asked what had been happening with my vehicle during the hours between the expected completion of the diagnostics and the time I finally approved

I am completely SHOCKED by the condition my vehicle was given back to me after paying $1,700+ for a new gear shift dial. You would think paying them that kind of money they would at least keep the vehicle in the same condition they received it in. The fact that they consider themselves a Christian based auto shop, is a HUGE disappointment. God is a God of excellence, the way they left my car is utterly disgusting. Such a poor reflection of what it means to be Christian and just good a customer service. They left my seats FILTHY, with oil stains, dirt and debris, random paperwork, and my center console WAS NOT FULLY ADJUSTED BACK. I was truly looking forward to having a shop to start going to, especially being Christian based, but I will NOT be back to CBA because they clearly DO NOT have my vehicles best interest. I do not feel taken care of, this really showers the lack of attention to detail and care for customers property. How could professionals leave a paying customer vehicle this way? Absolutely unacceptable and HORRIBLE customer service.

Christian Brothers Automotive provided outstanding customer service and showed impressive attention to detail when I brought in my 1990 Nissan 300ZX, a car that’s very precious to me. Bruce went above and beyond during my visit—he communicated clearly what my car needed and never tried to upsell or make things confusing, which I truly appreciated. Brake Fluid and Dash Light Issue I only needed my brake fluid replaced, but I was also dealing with a persistent brake dash light on my instrument panel. Bruce not only addressed the brake fluid issue but took the time to explain why my dash light was coming on and clarified that it was unrelated to the brake fluid itself. Knowing exactly where the dash light issue stems from gives me peace of mind and lets me know what problem to tackle next. Final Thoughts With their honesty, transparency, and genuine care for both me and my classic car, Christian Brothers Automotive earned my trust. I will definitely bring all my cars here for the foreseeable future—highly recommended for anyone who values quality service and clear communication.
